Last Wednesday we had the special opportunity to visit one our Justified Artists – Chef Jamie / aka Marz as he gets oh-so-close to graduating from school in the Culinary Arts!
One of his final classes is to show off his Culinary Art Skills by working with his classmates in running a Restaurant at the Art Institute, called “The Savory Palate”. We had an exquisite time and a delicious meal.

“The Savory Palate (A.I.’s student run restaurant) is serving dinner every Tuesday & Wednesday evening until June 8th. Come support my fellow students & I by enjoying an amazing culinary experience for $17.95. I’ll be working back of the house every other week. So, if you want to come on those weeks for a taste of my cooking that would be great. Or watching me be socially awkward nervous wreck waiting tables that works too. ????
