The truth is we are always 1 decision away from peace. The same way that Generals declare War, we can declare Peace.

There are many routes to Peace, but each one starts from deep within. If you don’t meditate in the traditional sense, recognize that any activity can be a meditation if its done regularly and sets us free.

Look far inside yourself. So deep that you begin to see others, and that is where peace is found.
